We have completed 1 order for double girder overhead crane to Pakistan. This is a 3 ton overhead crane with ABM and Siemens Motors.
The overhead crane was installed at a motorcycle production facility at Bin Qasim, Karachi.
The crane will service the plant as it works double shifts to supply 44,000 units.

During the design and manufacturing process, we fully considered the local working environment and climatic conditions of Pakistan, ensuring that the crane can adapt to harsh environments such as high temperature and dustiness, and always maintain stable performance. We dispatched a professional technical team to the site and worked closely with local engineers and technicians to complete the installation of the crane. During the installation process, the team also took into account local safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure compliance and safety throughout the installation process.
Due to the large size and weight of the crane, there may be some minor deviations or errors during installation. During the trial operation, we found that some movements of the crane were not smooth enough and there were some minor stucks or vibrations. In order to solve this problem, our technical team conducted a detailed inspection and analysis of the crane’s structure, found out the root cause of the problem, and made precise adjustments and optimizations to ensure the crane’s smooth and smooth operation.
In addition, during the trial operation, we also noticed the impact of the local working environment and climatic conditions on the crane. For example, the high temperatures in Karachi, Pakistan, may have a certain impact on the crane’s lubrication system and cooling system. Therefore, our technical team conducted special inspections and adjustments on the crane’s lubrication and cooling system to ensure that it can operate normally in high-temperature environments.
Finally, we also noted that local operators may not be familiar enough with crane operation and maintenance. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the crane, our technical team provides local operators with detailed operational training and maintenance guidance to help them better master the operation and maintenance skills of the crane.
