Installation of double girder grab overhead crane at a steel plant in Lahore
Before 2023, we sold more than 20 types of cranes per year at steel mills in Pakistan. The working conditions of steel plants are relatively complex, such as high temperature environments, heavy loads, and frequent use, which all pose high requirements for the safety performance of bridge cranes. Cranes need to have comprehensive safety protection devices, such as limiters, overload protectors, emergency stop devices, etc., to ensure the safety of equipment and operators. In addition, the layout of steel plants is usually more complex and has more space constraints, which puts higher requirements on the design and installation of bridge cranes. Cranes need to adapt to different spatial dimensions and height requirements, while also considering coordination and coordination with other equipment.
This case is a double beam grab bridge crane that we produced for a steel plant in Lahore in 2018. Our engineers went to the local area to assist the customer in installation and testing at their request.
