At Dongqi Crane, we believe that trust is built on proven performance. Today, we are looking back at a successful project from 2020, where we custom-engineered and delivered a 10+10 Ton HD Bridge Crane for a valued client in Hong Kong.

This project featured a 22.86-meter span, a 9-meter lift height, and was fully configured for 415V/50HZ/3P power requirements to meet local standards. Throughout the manufacturing process, we kept our client informed with regular updates. Here is a glimpse of that journey:

Main Girder Fabrication
The main girders, designed specifically for the 22.86-meter span, were completed and carefully wrapped in protective plastic to ensure they remained in perfect condition before shipment.

Electric Hoist Assembly & Packaging
Two 10-ton European-style electric wire rope hoists were produced for this project. Following successful assembly, both hoists were securely fastened into custom wooden export crates, ensuring safe transport to Hong Kong.

End Carriage Completion
The end carriages were also fabricated and finished on schedule, ready to be integrated with the main bridge structure.
