Main Girder and End Carriage Fabrication
To keep the client updated on production progress, we photographed the main components before painting.

Key Components
All major mechanical parts were inspected and photographed before assembly.

Packaging and Dispatch
Once all components were completed, they were packed and loaded onto trucks for transport to the port.

Installation at Client Site
After arrival in Pakistan, our team supervised the installation.

Main girders being lifted into place on the runway rails. End carriages are already mounted on the rails; the trolley is yet to be installed. This marks the final major step before commissioning.
This project reflects a standard yet carefully executed manufacturing and delivery process, tailored to meet the specific needs of a steel plant. The cranes are now undergoing commissioning and will soon be in full operation. For more information about Dongqi cranes or similar projects, feel free to reach out.
